  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
    Please note that it may take up to 2-4 business days to process and ship orders sent by standard shipping. Orders placed weekdays before 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET will ship same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. If the item that you have ordered is out of stock, an updated expected shipping date will be shown on the product purchase page. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED WHEN THEY ARRIVE?
    We’re so sorry if your MEXPLE products arrived in anything less than perfect condition. Contact us at care@mexple.com and we can initiate a full refund or send a replacement product immediately.
  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
    All India shipping is free as of now.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
    Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from respective sellers which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@mexple.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I’VE PURCHASED?
    We’re sorry to hear you don't love your MEXPLE products. Refund policy is depends on the product and platform/retailer policy. Each platforms may have different policies in place, please refer that. More any further assistance contact us at care@mexple.com
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURNED ITEM?
    Please contact the platform or retailers you bought the items from. For additional help, go to care@mexple.com and drop us a mail with your purcahse order.
  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
    Unfortunately, because of the types of products we sell, we cannot accept exchanges. We encourage you to return the original item and go to care@mexple.com to purchase the correct item in a new order.
  • HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
    Our most of the products comes with a one-year support and there’s no need to make a warranty claim. If your product cracks or breaks in the first year of regular use (which it shouldn’t), simply contact us at care@mexple.com and we’ll replace it in most the genuine cases.
